4.1 Sharing Within PeachyList
Account Collaboration: When you invite guests to your PeachyList account, your shopping lists, stores, and items are shared with those invited guests. Guests can view, create, edit, and check items in real-time. This sharing is a core feature of the app and is necessary for collaborative shopping list management.
4.2 Service Providers
We share your information with third-party service providers who assist us in operating our app:
- Firebase (Google): Cloud infrastructure, authentication, database, analytics, and messaging services.
- Notifee: Push notification delivery and management.
4.3 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., court orders, subpoenas).
4.4 Business Transfers

- Phone number authentication with SMS verification codes.

No Method is 100% Secure: While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. You can delete your account at any time through the app.
6.1 Account Deletion
When you delete your account:
- All your personal information, shopping lists, stores, and items are permanently deleted.
- All invited guests are immediately removed and lose access to your shopping lists.
- This action is irreversible and cannot be undone.
- Deletion typically occurs immediately upon confirmation.
6.2 Guest Removal
When an account owner removes a guest:
- The guest's access to the owner's shopping lists is immediately revoked.
- The guest's phone number is removed from the owner's account data.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
7.1 Right to Access
You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you. All your data is accessible within the app.
7.2 Right to Correction
You can update your phone number through the "Change" link in the Account tab.
7.3 Right to Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by using the "Remove account" option in the Account tab.
7.4 Right to Data Portability

7.5 Right to Object
You have the right to object to certain processing of your personal information. However, this may limit or prevent your use of our services.
8. Children's Privacy
Age Restriction: PeachyList is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will take steps to delete such information.
9. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using PeachyList, you consent to the transfer of your information to the United States and other countries where Firebase services operate.
