Frequently Asked Questions
PeachyList uses phone number authentication, so there's no password to reset. Simply log in with your phone number, and you'll receive a verification code via SMS.
Navigate to the Account tab, scroll down to find "Remove account," and follow the confirmation steps. Note that this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Yes! For subscription management and cancellation requests, please contact us at SupportTeam@peachytechnologies.com with your account details.
Go to the Account tab, tap "+ Add guest," enter the guest's phone number in the format (619) 333-5555, and click "Add Guest." Your guest will then need to download the app and sign in with their phone number.
Make sure you have an active internet connection. PeachyList requires internet connectivity to sync data in real-time. If the issue persists, try logging out and back in, or contact our support team.
PeachyList starts at just $1.50 per month for the account owner. Guests you invite must have their own active PeachyList subscription to collaborate. You can invite as many guests as you’d like.
Yes! We use Firebase's secure cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We implement phone number authentication, security rules, and regular monitoring to protect your data. Read our Privacy Policy for more details.
Yes! Your shopping lists automatically sync across all devices where you're logged in with the same phone number. Changes made on one device appear instantly on all others.
